We’re pleased to announce that we’re now ready to welcome you back to the Lexus Boutique, with the necessary precautionary measures in place to ensure your safety. You can book your test drive or appointment prior to visiting the Lexus Boutique to get priority access. You can also purchase your Lexus at Lexus Remote without visiting the Boutique too.

The Lexus Service Centre is also open for maintenance and servicing work. Opening hours: 8am – 8pm on weekdays, 8am – 5pm on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. You can book your Servicing Appointment online or call 6631 1388 during the opening hours. Lexus breakfast and beverage services are unavailable at the moment. We apologise for the inconvenience and seek your cooperation and understanding.

Warranty Coverage

Your Lexus vehicle is covered for three years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first. During this period, Borneo Motors will replace any defective Lexus-supplied part. With our team of professional technicians, advanced diagnostic equipment and roadside assistance, you have the confidence and peace of mind when you drive a Lexus.

Extended warranty

Extend your warranty period from three to five years with an unlimited mileage on Lexus Affinity BOLD. This extended warranty program is fully transferrable, which enhances the resale value of your car if you decide to sell it within the warranty period.

 

  • LEXUS AFFINITY BOLD

    We will repair or replace any defective Lexus-supplied part(s) at no additional cost.

    This includes:
    • Engine
    • Transmission
    • Rear-wheel Drive
    • Front-wheel Drive
    • Steering
    • Electrical
    • Front and Rear Suspension
    • Factory-fitted Air Conditioning System
    • Factory-fitted Audio System

     

    Service  your vehicle every 6 months or 10,000 km (whichever occurs first) in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendation to maintain a valid warranty and keep your car in pristine condition. We strongly recommend that your vehicle be repaired by professional servicing workshops such as Borneo Motors (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., which is an authorised Lexus workshop. We will not be responsible for ensuring that your professional servicing records would be complete in order for your coverage to apply otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, Borneo Motors (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. will not be responsible for any damages arising out of maintenance, servicing, repairs or parts replacement carried out by third party workshops.”

  • HYBRID BATTERY WARRANTY

    Lexus Hybrid Drive has an excellent track record of durability and reliability. To extend this quality assurance to you, Borneo Motors has introduced the industry’s first extended warranty for a hybrid battery. On top of the standard three-year warranty, there’s an additional seven-year warranty to give you greater peace of mind throughout your Lexus ownership.

    Regardless of any changes in ownership, the Lexus hybrid battery will remain under warranty for 10 years* from it's original registration date under Borneo Motors.
    *Applicable for vehicles registered from 7th June 2012.

    There shall be no restrictions on the number of hybrid battery claims** from Year 1 to Year 10.
    **Applicable for vehicles registered from 1st July 2018.

  • Transfer of Warranty

    Regardless of any changes in ownership, the Lexus hybrid battery will remain under warranty for 10 years* from its original registration date under Borneo Motors.
